"I'm not a Sifu but the concepts are intriguing

I have only studied WC for a decade so I am no expert, but I am a lifelong practitioner of self defense. I was first intrigued by the author's criticism of the system as a whole. I have seen many debate with him and even argue. This I have no interest in.
I've been in contact with the author and have discussed his elaborations on some of his critiques mentioned in this book and they make good points on more natural set ups than the forced centering movements on some. You must shed ego if you read this so you can consider the points being made as practical, not just critical or arrogant. While so many are quick to discredit the author I will admit that I will participate in his course to further experience the legitimacy of it and I will never shoot a theory down simply because it is objective. But make no mistake, his ideas are more than sound. Empty your cup, read the book it's worth the more than decent price and see if you gain any insights with an open mind. As all practical self defensists should 🙏"
